James Reagan (c1807-aft 1880) and Margaret Lay (c1810-aft 1880) moved to Allen Co from Pulaski by 1840. I have little information on their children: E (female bc1831), S. S. (male, bc1835), John Wesley (c1838-1866), E (female, bc1840), Camelia F. (c1846-1900), Amanda (c1849-aft 1870), James M. (1852-aft 1880). S. S. maybe Silas S as some have suggested on the internet, but I don't have the documentation. John Wesley married Alzira F. Pipkin c1854 and served in Co I, 9 Ky Inf USA in the Civil War; Camelia F. married Moses Roark, Jun 24, 1865; Amanda married William T. Johnson Dec 13, 1865; and James M. married a Sarah E. M. I would welcome the opportunity to correspond and share info with anyone searching this line. I am particularly interested in anyone with access to or copies of the documents generated by a land dispute involving James Reagan's heirs. Thanks.
