Walker and Patton Surname

I am looking for information on two surnames Walker and Patton of Adair Co., KY. In the 1910 Census Kate Walker 51 yrs old is listed with her 2 daughters Lora and Ora both 28 yrs old and about 5 grandchildren.. All 3 women are listed as single. In the 1920 Census Lora is 38 yrs old and living in her own household with several of her children still listed as single and right next door to her is her mother Kate 60 yrs old and sister Ora 35 yrs old in the same household together with several of Ora's children. In the 1930 census Kate is living with her daughter Lora 48 yrs old and several of Lora's children along with a boarder named William Patton. Kate is listed as widowed and 70 yrs old born in TN and so are both of her parents. William is listed as 72yrs old and a widower as well. Lora is still listed as single.. nothing on Ora in the 1930 census.. did she marry?????

Now for the Patton side.. Dora Patton married Duel O. Hurt and after his death she married Harrison Fudge.. Dora's father is Thomas Patton.. and his father is William Patton.. Is that the same William Patton as above that was a boarder in the Lora Walker household in the 1930 Adair Co., KY census???? Dora and Duel had 2 children and one Kizzie Hurt and the other Bernard Hurt.. Bernard doesn't know who Dora's mother was.. in the 1920 census I found Thomas J. Patton and Katie Patton with 2 children Kizzie and Bernard... but in the following year records Katie died at 49 yrs old.. so this could be why Bernard did not know who is grandma on his mothers side was... she died when he was so young.. Lillie Jackson Janes married Thomas Patton and they had a son Thomas W. "Jack" Patton... mom remembers Jack Patton talking about a William Patton as maybe being his grandpa.. are these Patton's tied in together.. thanks in advance and will be more than happy to share data and information with others if interested!
