In Kuwait / Searching for his:
1. mailing address
2. is he still alive?
3. phone number (have 3 cell phone numbers but none of them work) I cannot speak arabic, so I cannot communicate with an operator or anyone in Kuwait to get this information myself.
I REALLY need help from someone who lives in Kuwait. He was in the Kuwait Air Force in 2001 at Ali al-Salem base. do not know if he is stil there or not. He was a Captain.
I have been trying to do it myself for 2 years and cannot do it alone because of the language barrier.
need help desperately.
