We the Commissioners fo___?____Claims to Unpatented lands in the Counties of Monongalia, Yohogania and Ohio do hereby Certify that Conrad Custard is entitled to four hundred acres of land in the County of Yohogania on Peters Creek to include his actual settlement made in the year, one thousand seven hundred and seventy one also a right in Preemptor to One Thousand Acres adjoining thereto.
