I know your message is 2 yrs old, but I just now found this site. Have you found any of the descendants you were looking for? I have many Kurz & Walz names in my ancestry, from Galezia, but when they came to the U.S. they settled mostly in Mass & RI. My maternal grandmother was Dorothea Walz (DOB 3/9/1891)(nee Scholl), married to jacob Walz. So far I haven't come across the names you're looking for with the right DOBs. Have you checked the Galicia_Poland-Ukraine website? (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Galicia_Poland-Ukraine).
