Jennifer, I may have Kunz family information for you. Do you know the birthdate of your great grandfather, August Kunz? If he was born in 1889 or 1892, it is likely he is descended from the Christopher Kunz (m. Henrietta Bramer) family of Hustisford Township, Dodge County, Wisconsin. At least two of Christopher Kunz's children moved to Mapleton Village in Blue Earth County in the late 1800s/early 1900s, and two of Christopher's grandsons were named August (the father of one of them is one of the sons known to have moved to Mapleton Village). I have more information if you are still interested.
