Thanks for replying to me on GenForum.
As it ends up I think you and my father were from the same generation - 1930's. He was born in 1938.
My dads father, Carl (b.1900) his father, David Karl (b.1861) was a brother to Caroline.
I have been working and searching, mostly computer for about a year. The reference that I have been able to find stuff on is on (http://wc.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=REG&db=bauerfamily), I have found lots of information on this site.
I would be very interested in any information you have. My father and his family have pretty well pass on, and my two aunts that are left are in their 80's and were not able to give me very much info. Photos are next to none, hard to find someone who has them and I wish I could get some of them.
You mentioned Rita Stagg, have you been in contact with her recently? It shows on Rootsweb (page l7) that she died in 1990's?? If she is still with us, do you have her contact info?
