Quite possible that they are. No way of knowing unless we can go to berks co pa and find some birth records. got another twist to the plot . i found another Kump in Hampshire county born in 1795 buit don`t know where he was born at .His name is Andrew Kump born 1794 in ????
Wife was Nancy ????. Children was as follows.
Margaret Female.Born: 1822
Jacob Male. Born: 1824
Milly A. Female Born:1826
James W. Male. Born: 1829
Abraham V. Male Born 1838
donno?,,, what ya think ? William La Follette Jr. PS an yes William N.Y. Kump was my great grandfather son of richard. William is buried in Gravel Springs Cemetery in Star Tannery, Va close to my dad grandpa and grandma lafollette. I have a picture of his headstone and he married a Nancy Himelwright who is buried right beside of him. We gonna go up to the valley and do some more researching this fall.
