I found them on the 1850 U. S. Federal Census: Burton, Adams Co., ILL., Burton Twp, Adams Co., ILL., Pg 25, Enumerated on Oct. 2, 1850. Lines 7-12

I found Weaver Koon on the 1860 U.S. Federal Census: Hazelett PO, Edgington Twp, Rock Island Co., IL; Pg 84, 6/16/1860, Lines 38-40, Listed as Weaver Koon.

I'm trying to find George and Ruth Kuhns with daughters Hannah and Mary in 1860. Also trying to find their daughter, Temperance and her husband (my GGgrandparents)John "Nicholas" Whittekiend (many spellings for this name also)in 1860. Temperance and Nicholas Whittekiend relocated to Fairbury, Neb. sometime after the enumerations of the 1880 census.

Thanks for any information you can share,
Carolyn
