The book was published in 1932 and is falling apart. I don't think there are more copies of this book, but I do know of other versions. I can send you a photocopy if you want. There is also a new updated book coming out from the family in PA. I think it's something like $20. I will ask my grandmother for the email address of the guy who is publishing it.
