Looking for Kuhleman family ancestors. Grandfather Alwin Frank born in St. Louis MO in 10-1888. Brother Walter and others? lived in Houston Tx. Sons of August(von) Kuhleman(n)
and Emma Mueller. August father was Frederic Von Kuhlemann
who was born in Hanover Germany. Verbal family history says that original name was Von Kuhlemann or Von Kuhlmann. The "von" and last "n" was dropped during World War I due to anti german scentiment.
