I'm doing research on the family of Alwina Blum (Kuchel) and Robert Kuchel, married 1 Jan 1896. Moved from Kansas City, KS to San Diego County, CA in late 1890's. Came to Escondido, Valley Center area of San Diego. They had 3 children: Nina B., Myra E., and Earl B. all born in CA. Alwina Blum was born 21 Aug 1860 in KS. Alwina's siblings were Edward Blum b. 1850 in Pekin, Ill., Robert Frederick Blum b. 1852 in Pekin, Ill., Stephen Douglas Blum b. 1863, KS, George Benjamin Blum b. 1865 KS, Henrietta Blum b. 1855, Ill. Alwina and Robert's descendants could still live in San Diego area. Looking to make some cousin connections and share information.
