Need 1913 & 1915 obits on Abraham & Frances WILLIAMS

I am trying to locate the descendants of a branch of my family. They are Frances May GERMAN b. 17 Jul 1866; m. d. 26 Mar 1913 Woodson Co, KS; m. 10 Feb 1884 Woodson Co, KS to Abraham B. WILLIAMS, possible son of James and Elizabeth WILLIAMS, b. 1855; d. 02 Dec 1915 Neosha Falls, KS. They are buried at Neosha Falls, KS.

Frances' mother died due to childbirth as Frances being her only child. I need the obituaries of Frances and Abraham to locate their family.

I've struggled thirty years tracing her to this point. ANy help will be appreciated!
