Slane, Sumner co, KS 1880s

My grgrgrandfather, John Royce Slane (sometimes sp. SLAINE) was active in the South Haven/Hunnewell area of Sumner county around the 1870s-1880s. He was a city councilman in Hunnewell when the town organized 1881. It's after that time that we lost him. Does anyone know of any all-county cemetery listings which might include small, old cemeteries? Or can you offer any suggestions as to how I might unearth (not literally!) this elusive man? Your help is appreciated! Thanks.
