Charlie Ruggles was married to my gt.-aunt Lizzie (Eggebrecht). She was his second wife. Both of them are buried in Stafford, KS. They had no children together, but they adopted Virginia Ruggles. Her name is now Virginia Stude. My mom is in contact with her from time to time. I will try to locate an address for Virginia and send it to you. If anyone has records, I'm pretty sure Virginia will. I have a picture of my grandmother standing in front of the Sanatorium. I will scan it and send it to you if you will send me a current e-mail address. Mom has talked about Uncle Charlie's remedies. It seems that cocaine, which was quite legal at the time, was prominent in some of his "elixirs."
