Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

You should be able to get the microfilm through interlibrary loan, via the Kansas State Historical Society. The last time I checked, they did not charge to loan their microfilm. I am in Spokane WA and have requested a number of newspapers on microfilm from the KSHS, including the St. John Weekly News. Their website is: http://www.kshs.org/

The roll numbers you would be looking for would be: S29

If you are not able to get an interlibrary loan, let me know. I can request it and see what I can find for you. Good luck!
