According to my family tree Ida B. Everly (my G-G-G-grandmother ) was married to Carles Horace Malin who was born in Washington, Iowa january 31, 1860. I too have reason and catherine as her parents. Ida and Charles were married nov. 6, 1887. I have the basic descendency for Ida's father's side of the family.
Christopher Springer was born at Lamstedy, Hanover Provence, Prussia in 1592. His seventh son was Jachob Springer, who was born in 1668 in Stockholm Sweden, and came to live in America in 1692. He lived on Long Island, then New Jersey and died in 1731. Jachob's fourth son was Dennis Springer born about 1712. He married Ann Prickett in New Jersy.
Their son Dennis Springer was born june 23, 1748. He married Elizabeth Small around 1774. Hannah Springer was their child born Oct. 13, 1791, She married Griffith Morris around 1813. Their children were Marie and Lieurene. Lieurena Morris was the daughter of Hannah and Griffith. She was married to Reason Everley, the settled in Greene Co. Pa. They had 11 children one of whom was Reason Coil Born April 7 1884, he married Catherine Courtney on Jan. 25, 1865. Their children were Ida Belle, Will, Lurena, Viola, Lizzie, Walter, and Ella Pearl.
I know this seems a little jumbled but it eventually makes sense. I have various other names of children, cousins, things like that if you are interested. I hope this will help you. Please share any information you have with me and feel free to e-mail.
Thanks, Jenn
