I greatly appreciate your message post regarding Charles Tinsley. How can I obtain a copy of that newspaper? I can't tell you how thrilled I am that you found it! He is my father. My grandfather changed his name from Lumis Tinsley to Charles Tensley but I never knew when or why. I know now in 1918 he was still using Tinsley.
