Narda, If you are still looking for information on the Cline family I found this in my books. Stafford County History 1870-1990. Rose Valley Township - first settlers Pg. 131 SE1/4 11-25-13 CORNELIUS B. CLINE 1878 (HOMESTEAD) Pg. 137 Leesburg baseball team (photo pre 1900) - includes Cecil Cline Stafford County Crossroads in Times 1885-1985 Pg. 67 Cecil Vivian Cline, only son of Jonah and Mary Elizabeth Cline was born 12/13/1882, 1/2 mile south of the home place southwest of Stafford (Leesburg community, now extinct). On March 10, 1903 he married Dessie Emma McCune daughter of Milton and Mary McCune. Children: one son and five daughters (not named). Cecil's maternal grandparents, Wm. and Eliza Goin and his paternal grandparents, Henry, Sr., and Isabella Cline, were pioneer settlers who homesteaded southwest of Stafford in 1877. Cecil's father, Jonah B. Cline, served as county sheriff and later as Stafford marshall around 1911. In the "Etched in Stone" cemetery book there are several Goins listed. These are some of the ones listed that may help you if you are searching the Cline family.
