Hammond, St Clair, Granger and Cross families in 1871 wagon train

I am seeking information on the wagon train from Muskingum County, Ohio. The pioneers arrived in Smith County, Kansas August 1, 1871. They were the second group to settle in the area; The first arrived in the spring of 1871 from Pennsylvania.

The travellers would have included the families of Chadwicks, Hammonds, St Clairs, Jones, Cross, and Grangers.
