seeking info on the Jacob Strong family who appears on the 1880 census for Rush Co. KS in Pioneer twp. Jacob born MD c1831 married Clinton Co. IN 19 May 1853 to Amanda Agnes Lee, children on 1880 census Louisa 19 b IN; Laura 17 b IN; Jacob 14 b IN; Carrie 12 b NE; Ella 7 b KS; Walter 5 b KS; and Rose 2 b KS. Jacob was the son of Jacob and Margaret Shietz Strong. From Clinton Co In they moved to Richardson Co NE then onto Rush Co KS, did they remain there or move on? Any and all information sought.
