HELP -McCabe in Rush Center

As I reread the letter, it almost sounds like the "Home" was in Rush Center also. Does anyone know of a place in or around Rush Center, that would be like a Veteran's retirement home, or a place where older people could live and be cared for???Thanks, Alice
