Hi Connie,
I saw this message that you posted several years ago and I find myself asking the same question for my ALLAN/RUTTER ancestors who lived/farmed in the Raymond area of Rice County between about 1875 and 1895. I'm hoping one or more of the newspapers might have obituaries or other local news that might include these families. information regarding deaths and burials and relatives. Did you find any of the Rice County newspapers particularly helpfull in your search? Any help is appreciated.
