Mrs. Mintey L. Blake Mrs. Mintey L. Blake, 84, died in her home, 804 West B, at 3:40 p.m. Monday after three weeks’ illness. She was born in de Soto, Kas., July 12, 1866, had lived in Hutchinson 61 years, was a member of the Salvation Army. Survivors are six daughters, Mrs, Flossie Starkey, of the home, Mrs, Chloa Clapp, 1920 North Main, Mrs. Bessie Hostetter, 1910 East 8th, Mrs. Adaline Holmes, 1511 North Pleasant, Mrs. Fern Hostetter, of the home, and Mrs. Ollie Willard, Wichita; a son, Tom, of the home: 10 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Service for Mrs. Blake will be in the Salvation Army Citadel at 2:30 p.m. Thursday with Maj. O. A. Baker & Rev. V. H. Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
