I am looking for information about the family of Isaac Brice GORDON and particularly his son GEORGE W GORDON.
Isaac Brice GORDON(1832-1908) was a native of Pennsylvania who lived in Ohio and Illinois before settling in Rawlins Co, KS between 1870 and 1880. His wife was Elizabeth Evans, a native of Ohio who died in KS in 1878.
Isaac and Elizabeth had 3 children -
1)John GORDON (1860-1932) who married Mary Emma WRIGHT and moved to Illinois
2)Phoebe, who returned to Ohio after the death of her mother.
3) George W GORDON, born in 1862 in Illinois and settled in Rawlins Co, KS between 1870 and 1880. His wife's name was Sarah J ?? (surname unknown). In 1895, they were living on a farm near Celia, and in 1905 in Beaver Twp..
