Where is or was Fravel?

My Grandfather, George Franklin Carlile, born in Russell, Co., KS in 1892, lists his place of residence on the WWI Draft Registration card as Fravel, KS.

I believe that Fravel was in Pratt County, but don't know what city or township Fravel would be considered to be in or near in 1917. I cannot find Fravel or anything like it on the 1920 census, and do not believe the town exists today, if in fact it was ever a town.

My grandfather was listed on both the 1910 federal census and 1915 KS state census in Edwards Co., Lincoln Twp, and in the 1925 KS state census in Liberal, Seward Co., and back near Pratt Co., in the 1930 federal census living in Wellsford, Kiowa Co., KS, but I cannot find him in 1920.

He had family in the Trousdale, Edwards Co., area, and in Seward Co., by 1920. His wife, my grandmother, Elma Miller, had family (W.K. Miller) in Pratt Co., from 1900 to 1920 when they also moved to Liberal, Seward Co.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction regarding Fravel, KS? Thank you very much.
