I am looking for a Mary Eliza Clark born abt. 1865. Perhaps there could be a connection. She married Francis Marion Ashmead and they lived in Arkansas. However, she is buried in Cleveland, Pawnee County, Oklahoma, where she lived with her daughter at the time of her death. Could your Clarks have been in Missouri longer? Maybe my Mary Clark was born in Pottowatomie Co. instead. Do you have any other info that we might use to search these two families? I believe her father to be a John Clark.
