I am looking for information on Lutz's in the Holton, KS area.

My maternal greatgrandfather was Matthew Lutz (1857-1938) who married Katherine Delitz (1857-1935). They had 11 children all born in Holton, Jackson Co.,KS.
1. Mary
2. Carl
3. Clara Marie (1883-1955) never married
4. Anna Pauline(1885-1951)m Austin Woodcock
5. Albert Henry (1888-196?) m Nannie Clay
6. Bessie Mae (1890-) m. Charlie Fronce
7. Fritz Fredrick (Fred) (1892-1944) m Willie Price
8. Barbara Ann (1894-1912) m Ernest Hartman
9. Henry Alfred (1896-1964)m Autence Johnson
10. William John (Bill) (1898- )
11. Cora Matilda (1900-1984) m Charles Edgar Lummus (my maternal grandparents)

Matthew came to Holton, KS in June 1881. He moved the family to Winthrop, Little River County, AR for a while where he farmed. That's where my grandmother and gfather met.
He moved back to Kansas after 17 years and died there. Katherine is buried in Pleasant Ridge Cem, Fostoria, KS. I don't know about Matthew.

I hope someone out there has information about this family. If so, please contact me. roxie@arkansas.net
