Info on Town of Nance founded by E.W. Schulke

I am looking form info in the town of Nance that was founded by a E.W. Schulke. It was located near the town of Agra in the Northeast corner of the county. What was E.W.
Schulke's real name. The town had a post office until 1917 or 1918.

Any info will be helpful. (I have already tried the county site in genweb and found very little info)
