Hi;
The phone company in Delphos has always been called simply the "Delphos Phone Company" but at the time you refer to it was a co-operative of many subscribers who went together to set it up. This was the system all over the rural areas of Kansas. Hope you have some luck with this. I don't know if this will help but the current phone co. in Twin Valley Phone and they may or may not have records for the co-ops that were purchased to make up the modern system.
