Orval (Orville) Morris who was born in Kansas on 24 Aug 1892 married a Ethal Mae Orvis (who went by Mae). Mae was born 24 Sep 1889 in Seward, Nebraska.
This couple had 6 children:
Floyd Morris born in Nebraska
Russell Morris born Oct 1915 in Wilsonville, Nebraska
Ivan Morris born 12 Oct 1918 in Nebraska
Vivian Fae Morris in Nebraska
Iris Iren Morris born 19 Dec 1924 in Jewell County, Kansas
Betty Lee Morris born 28 Aug 1928 in Kansas.
I have no date or place of marriage on Orval or Mae Morris. I would appreciate some information on this.
I have nothing more on Floyd but that he died young and didn't make it to Hermiston, Oregon with the rest of the family.
Orval had a sister Lois Morris who married a man with the last name of Koonz and lived in McCook, Nebraska and so did his brother Vern Morris in 1964.
Mae Orrvis (Morris) had three brothers, David Orvis, Irwin Orvis, and Oliver Orvis.
I believe Mae's parents were Frank C. Orvis and Rosa L. Hulbert of Illinois.
I don't know who Orval Morris parents are so I would appreciate assistance with finding them.
