From The Chanute (KS) Daily Tribune, Thursday November 17, 1910, p. 4: WILLIAM LYSTER DEAD Funeral Services Tomorrow Afternoon in the Christian Church. William Lyster died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Sidney Sharp, near Chanute, Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock. Mr. Lyster had been a sufferer from Bright’s disease for some years, but was not forced to take to his bed until last Sunday. He had been a resident of Chanute for eleven years. He leaves behind him four daughters, Mrs. J. H. Bates of Earlton, Mrs. W. J. Sharp, Mrs. Sidney Sharp and Mrs. E. H. Ramberg of Chanute, and two sons, Joseph Lyster of Pittsburg and Alonzo Lyster of Longton. The funeral services will be held in the Christian Church here Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. The services will be conducted by the Rev. E. F. Morris, pastor of the Baptist Church. Interment will be made in Elmwood Cemetery Notify Administrator about this message?
