LYSTER 1900 Neosho County

I have just stumbled across my great grandmother's brother-in-law, William Lyster, in his son's household in 1900 Neosho County. Last found 1880 Nebraska. Son John T. Lyster and wife Effie, or Ellie, married for 8 years. Were they married in Neosho County? Also John's widowed sister Julia McClusky in household with her 5-yr old son. Did Julia also marry in Neosho County?

Did William's wife Lucinda die there? Did William? Lots of questions, I know, but I have this family from parents' births until they got "lost" after 1880 so this is a new and exciting find. Thanks for any help.
