I looked in my obituary collection for Nov 1964 and there was no obituary placed in the Sabetha paper for his death. You might check two places for information on him, one would be the Manhattan newspaper for an obituary (KS Hist.Soc Library in Topeka has all newspapers on microfilm) which could give you many leads, and he would have a death certificate which if any survivors would have given for the death certificate his parents, spouse names. That would be on file with the State in Topeka at the Vital Records office. In my book I did on Nemaha county cemeteries in 1982 there are 15 Wagners listed being buried in the Sabetha, Capioma and Wetmore cemeteries. The oldest birth date of those buried is 1847. I don't know where you live so don't know if a visit to Topeka would be convenient.
