Henry Brooks King b.1872 and wife Kate (Kern) originally
from PA were farmers in the Horton, KS area. H.B. and William of Woodlawn were 3rd Cousins.

Henry's ancestors were :
Austin King 1839-1910
Henry King 1810-1896
Samuel King 1770-1857
John 1750-1820
Philip 1709-1783+

Henry & Kate had seven children:

Olive Ruth b.July 16,1894 married Alfred Warner had Ch:
Esther Lorine b.Nov 23,1914 married Max Sander;
Vivian Ruth born Mar 18,1917 married Donald Miller;
Margaret Ellen b.Aug 28,1918 married J.W. Bunton;
Charles Warner b. Jan 17, 1919 married Bertha Snow;
Helen May (twin) April 5,1923 married J.W.Lee;
Harry K (twin) died at 6 mo.;
Olive Fern b. May 31, 1925 married Don A. Carroll

Art King married and worked in Horton KS Cheese factory
He had no children

Roy King married and was successful rancher at Eureka
Springs, ARK. He had no Children.

Harry King killed in car wreck while hunting. He lived
and married and was buried in New Mexico. He had one
child Robert who was killed in World War 2.

Ella Belle born July 15, 1896 married Raymond Campfield
then divorced and remarried to Otto Schmidt 2 children:
Elizabeth who died in the 1918 Flu Epidemic and
Wilbur Schmidt

Dolly Grace King born Oct 5 1899 married Raymond Campfield
and they had 3 children:
Roy Campfield, Don Campfield and Mary Irene Campfield.

Gladys died young at age 21. Buried at Whiting, KS.
