Hi,
I think I may have found one of my Swedish brickwalls.
I'm looking for Sven Johan Petersson (b. 14 September 1871, Bergunda), the son of Carl Magnus Petersson (b. 3 February 1846, Furuby) and Anna Lena Svensdotter (b. 1 April 1837, Växjö).
I found Swan J Peterson of the correct age and emigration date (1884) with his wife Katherine (b. July 1867, OH)
The 1900 census lists Kate with the children but Swan is not listed until the 1910, 1920 and 1930. All in Morris county.
The children listed in the various census are:
Nellie (b. November 1891, KS)
Alice (b. November 1893, KS)
Rena (b. May 1894, KS)
Ralph (b. November 1896, KS)
Albert H (b.c. 1897, KS)
Ona (b. September 1898, KS)
Violet (b.c. 1899, KS)
Ida (b.c. 1909, KS)
Clifford (b.c 1911, KS)
1910 and 1920 census have the family in Elm Creek.
1930 has them in Wilsey.
Any help someone can give me would be very much appreciated.
