Benjamin Tharp was in Cass Co., MO 1860. He was 50 (1800) b. VA, with wife Susanna, 42 (1808) b. VA, and children: Wm., age 23, Fleming, age 21, Bing?/Benj., age 19, Polly, age 17, Ruth, age 15, Elizabeth, age 12, Sally, age 10, Tretha, age 3, and Benjamin, age 1. In 1860 they are in Lykins Co., Kansas Territory, and enumberated next to Anna E. Tharp, widow of George W. Tharp. They were also in Cass Co. in 1860: children: Martha E., age 11, Wm. H., age 8, Charles F., age 6, Mary C., age 4, and Rebecca A., age 2.
Anyone else interested in these families. I feel sure they are related, but how? Thanks!
