This article corrects, enlarges, and provides addition documentation for two generations of the history of the Presidentís maternal family in Labette County, Kansas. New family members, previously not known, are identified and connections to other Labette County families are noted.
Additionally, national news for 23 May 2011 reported with photographs on President Obamaís visit to one of his ancestral homes, Moneygall, Ireland. The news identified his immigrant ancestor as Falmouth Kearney who was born in Moneygall and immigrated to the United States in 1850. Online lineages of the Presidentís family state that Falmouth/Fulma Kearney probably died in Indiana. He did not! This article identifies the previously unknown burial site of the Presidentís great-great-great grandfather, Fulma Kearney, in Labette County.
