Minnie Johnston (Johnson) Born 1871 Kansas

I am trying to find information about Minnie Johnson (Johnston) and her sister Lillie May. Minnie was born 28 March 1871, reportedly in Kansas. Her parents may have been visitng relatives in Kansas at the time of her birth. Her sister Lillie May was born 6 May 1869 at Caledonia, Kent County, Michigan. Their parents were Darius W. Johnston and Charlotte Mead Lords Johnston. The last record of them that I have been able to find is the 1880 census for Caledonia, Michigan. The father's name is incorrectly spelled on the census as "Erias'. The marriage record for Darius and Charlotte (Oct 1866)indicates their surname is spelled "Johnston", however, the 1880 census spells it "Johnson". Charlotte was married previously to Joseph F. Lords, who died in the Civil War. I would appreciate anyone doing research on this family or having information about these two daughters to contact me directly.
