Mrs. E.L Gillespie of Franklin, Ky., Dead

Franklin, Tenn., March 7.--Mrs. Lilly Clark Gilliespie, 57, died at her home here at 3 p.m. Tuesday, after lingering illness of several years of paralysis. She was a native of Logan County and a member of the First Baptist church. She was the widow of E. Lee Gillespie, farmer, mayor, tobacoonist and merchant of this city.
Mrs. Gillespie is survived by two sons, Clark and Eugene Gillespie and two daughters, Misses Mary Rebecca and Evelyn Gillespie, all of Franklin; a sister, Miss Hattie Clark, and a brother Ed Clark of Kansas City, Mo. The funeral will be at the residence Wednesday at 8 p.m. conducted by the Rev. J. G. Barb. The burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery.
