Yeah, from what information you do have, I would say that is Maud Kessinger...
Remember the Kansas State Historical Society has KS census records ending in 5 (1885, 1895, 1905, etc) available through the interlibrary loan program: http://www.kshs.org/genealogists/census/kansas/index.htm
Since Maud is on the 1900, there might be a death record for her at the county level... At the very least, I would think there could be an obit.
The society also has old Kansas newspapers: http://www.kshs.org/library/news.htm
If Lloyd and Lela did take in Maude's children, surely their obits would tell you the names.
Also, I found George Vasser and Elizabeth on the 1910 in Dickinson County. He was indexed as Presser - the record is pretty hard to read...
