Kim,
Thanks for reply. I have since found it was a bar and
the lady I am looking for lived in a aparment there,
and took care of children, my Father included. Unfortunately,
so far no one has any record of anyone living there in an apt.
My thought is that perhaps this lady was a relative of the bar owner
and they just let her live there, maybe above the business.
