Joseph Mullis
Joseph Mullis was born January 14, 1820 in Devonshire, England and died July 13, 1895 in Dennison, Iowa. He married Mary Drake Prowse on March 19, 1840 in New York, New York.
I do not know who his parents are.
Mary Drake Prowse was born February 1821 in Asburton, England and died July 18, 1897 in Linn, Washington County, Kansas.
She is the daughter of Richard Prowse and Sarah Preston Drake.
Two known children:
1. Sarah Mullis who married a Threw
2. Mary Ann Mullis born May 7 1841 in Canaerdagna, Ontario County, New York and died February 25, 1931 in Kansas. She married Ephraim Ausley Marsh in Harmony, McHenry County, Illinois on November 3, 1858. *
