Hi Frances,

I did a free 1880 census search on www.familysearch.org for Dora E. Williams. I found one b. ca. 1879 in MO, living in Caneyville, Chautauqua Co., KS. Her parents were James W. and Eliza J. Williams, both b. in MO.

On the 1900 U. S. Census, Dora stated that she was b. Aug 1878 in MO, with both parents b. in MO, so I feel certain that the above mentioned Dora is the one you are looking for.

In 1870, this family is in Cass Township, Greene County, MO.
