I suspect that the 1930 census taker made an error.

I checked the 1880, 1900, 1910 and 1910 censuses for Sarah Densmore/Dinsmore. She and her husband, Henry, were parents of 3 children all born in PA prior to 1880 (Thomas, Charles and Mabel). They lived at 236 E. 7th, Junction City in 1900 and she ran a boarding house. She was at the same address in 1930. Henry died prior to 1920. In 1880 they were in Lawrence Co. PA.

Your relatives were probably boarders and were caring for Sarah.
