Thank you Martin! Thomas Preston Janes, My great Grandfather, was born in Missouri 1841 FATHER -William Janes, Scotland
Mother Elizabeth Fur (Furr) England.
He Married Elizabeth Ramsey, in Ottumwa, Wapello Iowa, moved to Kansas Rush Co and Ness Co
untill close to 1900,s His children were all born in Kansas,??? where at this time He moved to Oregon and lived out his life, died 1920 Dallas Polk Co Oregon,
been looking for him in Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri trying to trace him back to parents, Have had no luck, find good Record of Him in Oregon Thanks Pauline-> in Oregon
