Here's the Livingston information that appears in the book.

"Peter and Rebecca Lewis Livingston moved to Liberty in its early years and opened a drug store. They lived in the back of the building which was located on the north side of the street. A fire destroyed the building and after the fire they built another store on the south side of the street where Edith's cafe is now located. They sold the drug store to Nate Bundy. After the death of Peter, Rebecca built a new home which was located just north of the Pinkston home. It was destroyed when the nitro glycerine truck exploded. The Livingston children who attended Liberty school were: Wint, Ella Morris, Willam and Jessie Howard.

Wint Livingston married Alice Martin. He was a barber in Liberty for a few years before moving his trade to Coffeyville. Their children where Hallie and Cecil Little.

William Livingston was a barber in Liberty for a number of years. He had no children.

Jessie Livingston married James Norman Howard. Jessie was a musician, playing the piano, guitar, and singing. She served as the first woman mail carrier in the state of Kansas. After she gave up her position as carrier, Jim, who had been a plumber by trade, began carring the mail and served in that capacity for thirty-eight years. They had one daughter, Norma Lee McCully, who was a teacher in the county, teaching twenty years.
