I just found out a son of my great-grandparents died in the Kansas state penitentary. How would I find out why he was there and how or why he died. I have no idea when this was, I know his name was Fredrick Bissell and that he was born april 5, 1889 in Washington, Kansas. Parents were Arthur and Caroline Bissell.
