I am looking for specific information regarding my maternal great-grandmother, Rebecca Isabell McQuistion/McQuestion. I believe she may have been a scottish immigrant. I know she married John William Hadlow,approx. around 1865, likely in Independence, Kansas. I know John William (J.W.)Hadlow previously lived in Ottowa, Kansas. I know that Rebecca died from Childbirth complications around 1880, Independence, Kansas. And known children of this union as follows:
William R. Hadlow, born 1868
Otis L. Hadlow, born 1870
Burt A. Hadlow, born 1872
Sarah E. Hadlow, born 1875
John H. Hadlow, born 1877
Ellen Hadlow, born and died 1879
Thomas Franklin Hadlow, born 20 Jan 1880, (my maternal grandfather).
Any info on Rebecca would be a "Godsend".
