Ralph is not family, just a gentleman who lived in my hometown where I grew up. No one I have talked to remembers him having family, at least any that visited him. Here is what I know so far:

Lived in Dubois in the 1950/60's, maybe there earlier and later.
African American (Only African American in Dubois)
No known Family
Worked for the railroad with my uncle, Union Pacific?
Age: 68 yrs
City Born: Creighton (Can't locate this place)
State Born: KS
